ADHESIVES:

Quick Set, Contact, Easy Strip, Pressure Sensitive. When using Quick Set, do not pour onto rubber.

PERF A TYPE:

Individual characters typically numbers and letters; which pierce the inner liner of corrugated; permitting identification within a diecut without print. Sometimes referred to as Embossing.

MATRIX:

Scoring counter strips used in steel to steel diecutting to create a hinge like crease and minimize cracking. Color coded for size identification. Unable to be used in Rotary Soft Anvil applications.

MISCELLANEOUS

RULE GUARDS:

Protects cutting rule from storage damage by elevating die off rack. Helps align for mounting and can be fitted onto existing dies. Metal or nylon available in two styles.
 

LEAD EDGE SUPPORT:

Fitted into wood perpendicular to lead knife, these steel supports give lateral support and prevent roll over when cutting heavy paper and long lead edges.

MISCELLANEOUS

SPEED MOUNTS:

Molded inserts to secure mounting hole washer in rotary dieboards. Available with over sized and elongated washers permitting a more forgiving hole placement and durability than typical counter bore mounting holes.

LATERAL SPEED MOUNTS:

Same benefits as above; for mounting preferences which require simple lateral adjustment. Ideal for slotting section hand holes.
