CHARACTERISTICS
A high Performance Helmold Classic.
This machine is designed for
accurately cutting steel rule to
length and is extremely powerful. It
is rigidly constructed and will cut
6 pt. tempered rule.
Equipped with metric front and rear
gauges, the front short gauge allows
a cut of 152 mm and the long back
gauge permits cuts up to 600 mm.

Ends At Once
When mitreing bent pieces of rule,
it is sometimes desirable to mitre
from the opposite end of the formed
piece.
The Right and Left Hand Mitre
Machine can mitre two ends at once -
thus eliminating the extra steps
involved in cutting lengths on a
cutter, trimming one end of the
mitre, and setting up once again to
trim the other end. In addition,
this machine allows mitreing of
small lengths on both ends with
ease.

Helmold E-Z heavy duty bender
CHARACTERISTICS
Easy and powerful bender for 3, 4
and 6 pt. Rule. Helmold has
engineered this new E-Z line of
tools with patent-pending
toggle-joint mechanism in the handle
so it delivers the same results as
your traditional tools but requires
only one-fourth the elbow grease.
The new toggle design gives you far

The Helmold E-Z Heavy Duty Bender
has a standard (32 mm) high post
that can accommodate optional
mandrel sets designed for thicker
rule. The front die holder is
recessed, keyed and bolted to
eliminate springing and turning; and
the rear die holder slides out to
hold any required mandrel. Optional
(38mm) and (50mm) high posts are
also available for this bender Also
standard on the E-Z Heavy Duty
Bender are the vise-action die
holders and locking dovetail back
post previously only offered on the
modified Bender Bendall and the
modified Heavy Duty Bender.
The vise-action die holders allow
tightening of loose fitting dies for
precise alignment of new or worn
bending dies. An light wrench is
used to close the jaws. The locking
dovetail back post is designed to
deliver consistent bending even
after years of use. In order to use
mandrels with this machine, a
mandrel adapter and dovetail
extension are needed . If the
mandrels are under 16mm diameter, a
rear support post and link will also
be required.
