DIFFERENCES:

Composites are stronger, more stabile, and more water resistant.

High volume runners.
 

0.500 (12.7MM) = Cuts faster, rubber lasts longer, resists flat crush on corrugated.
 

0.625 (15.9MM) = Durable, more rule support on lead edge however less under each bridge.

Recess rubber avoiding crush.
