Characteristic
Rotating anvil covers substantially extends
the life of the cover and the accuracy of
the die cut. In fact, the only reason anyone
ever had for not rotating covers was how
long it took.
Dicar has just changed that. Their new
Equalizer® design makes cover rotation
simple, logical and fast. Just remove a
section from one end, easily slide over the
others and add the removed section back at
the opposite end. Once in place, the
sections automatically interlock for
flawless Equalizer performance.
With the new Equalizer “Equamount”™ cover
rotation is simple and typically completed
in less than 5 minutes.
The Equamount™ is available for most new and
existing rotary die cutters.
Installations of the original Equalizer® can
also be updated and modernized to this new
system in your plant.
